Roxanne’s Journey Continued
It was 1995, and my now 27-year-old was just a year old. During her nap time, I was moved to read a book. They say a book can change your life, and I can attest to it. I was blessed to come across the book “Conversations with God” by Neale Donald Walsch. Through that reading, my mind and heart started to open up to fresh, new ideas about life and more possibility. I started to feel abundant, and unconditional love flowed more easily and freely. Like I was walking on the sunny side of the street most of the time.
I devoured the first three books of the series. The third book, in particular, really resonated with me. It started the discussion of the behaviors of Highly Evolved Beings in other civilizations in the Universe. I discovered I was forming in my mind and heart about behaving and interacting with others with unconditional love and a “giving the guy a break” attitude. I put quite a bit of time into thinking about the power of unconditional love. I found plenty of opportunities to practice these new ideas and the remarkable gifts that are a natural part of living on the Earth. However, the biggest, new, impactful concept that came to mind was the idea that God really does want us to hear and realize love in its bounty, to help us. This thought construct’s positive benefit was that life is incredibly malleable, and God was speaking directly to me. You’ve likely heard the saying that something can “tug at your heartstrings” I actually felt something physical in my heart as I read. By giving our present experience the full love and positive emotions that it deserves (mindfulness), I learned to live as deeply in the present moment as possible, with my baby in tow.
Moving forward to 2006, my baby now 10; I watched the movie The Secret. I was a regional sales manager for a British publishing company and the DVD,” The Secret”, was presented to me. After watching it, I was hooked. I gave it out to my team, my “older children,” while talking it up daily. This was before it was a global success and Oprah got behind it. I was so excited that I bought several more DVDs and gave them all away to family & friends. The Secret was an “open sesame”, in the concept that our thoughts have tremendous power. In fact, so, it is a law of nature. We become the being that is the sum of all of our daily thoughts, so we must choose them wisely. In fact, visualizing and using the imagination to think of your dream life has tremendous power.
That lead me to study dream life and “Soul Travel”. What we think about most, we become. Wow! This was tapping perfectly into what I had already learned from the CWG books…when he said, “make the effort, use your imagination, (it’s thought prayer per Walsch). To proactively think the things into existence that you love…think about the experiences that get you most excited…and then imagine yourself already there, living in your goals in the present.
The Secret led me to investigate the Law of Attraction further, and it became a passion with me. The Law of Attraction made soooo much sense to me. What we think about, we become…the only variable is time. The more intensely we think and add emotion to it, the shorter the manifestation period in physical reality. Wow Wow! I discovered that an author of the Law of Attraction books was Esther Hicks. It seemed unusual to me that she is a channel for a Highly Evolved Being called Abraham. This was a bit hard to digest at first. But I told myself, “it’s all about the message”, and I was filled with delight and appreciation with each message. I noticed that I felt happier and had more purpose. I’ve been waking up almost every morning and listening to Abraham/Esther’s “Getting Into The Vortex” since 2010. I am so blessed to have been guided by my higher power to this teaching.
After my first QHHT session, I felt a natural high, like a “light bulb had come on,” and it could not be shut off. The session was incredible, and here I am as a QHHT certified practitioner along with my nutrition background.
At the end of the day, a theory is one thing, but action and creation are something much, much more important. Once you know who you really are and where you need to go…the magic happens. Your Higher Self brings so much extra energy and assistance, and I call it Providence stepping in to aid me. You’ll notice synchronicity and coincidence happening at a much greater level. The creative process of life will be working for your dreams and greatest ambitions, not against it because of misalignment. A QHHT session brings deep clarity, direction, and purpose to your life, expansion.
When you schedule a QHHT session with me, I strongly believe that you’ll enjoy and enhance your life experience and realize more purpose to aid you in creating the ultimate journey into the deepest part of your soul…unleashing the best parts of who you really are. We are soooo much more than we think we are.
What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is an amazing journey of your consciousness and truly is a way of finding that all answers and healing lie within. People come for a QHHT session for many reasons. Some come out of curiosity. Others have questions about their life purpose, family, work, or health issues. Overall, clients want to better understand why their life has been the way it has, and most importantly, how to move forward in the best way possible.
Clients come with life-threatening diseases, pain, discomfort, depression, or addictions. They come with a desire to make their life better. Many times, they may feel an inner knowing that they are meant to be doing “something” different with their life but need clarity on what that something is. Sometimes, they come with questions about our universe, God, or Source and their connection to it. Dolores Cannon developed QHHT over 45 years of groundbreaking work. Delores’ technique involves inducing an individual to the Somnambulistic state of trance through visualization. Under ordinary circumstances, a Somnambulistic state is experienced only twice daily: the moment just before you become consciously awake and the moment just before you drift off to sleep. Historically, hypnotists have avoided conducting research with patients in this state because of the strange and often inexplicable results that are recorded. It was working with clients specifically in the Somnambulistic state and exploring the possibilities that led Dolores to discover that any individual can gain access to experiences of Past Lives they have lived. It was also exploring with clients in this state that she discovered an infinitely knowledgeable and powerful aspect of each individual that can be contacted and communicated with. As Dolores Cannon has learned and taught, this part of ourselves is always present with us and exists just below the surface of our conscious mind. The Subconscious (SC) gives her and practitioners of her technique access to past lives and performs instantaneous healing when appropriate. Over her 45-year career, her technique has proven to be effective on thousands of people all over the world regardless of their age, gender, personality, physical symptoms, religious beliefs, or cultural backgrounds. Supplementing the vast body of work Dolores has produced, the results experienced by QHHT Practitioners, students of Dolores who have learned her technique and practice it with their own clients conclusively support the finding that we have all lived multiple other lives. We all have a subconscious (SC) that contains the answers to any question we may have about ourselves or the life we are living. The subconscious (SC) has the ability to identify any physical problem it detects within the body to Dolores or a QHHT Practitioner and explains the causes for its presence, be it from the current life or a past life. The subconscious (SC) is then asked if it is suitable for healing to occur, which, if it is, is done instantaneously with no medication, surgery, or pain involved. Very often, simply understanding why a disease is present or why a particular emotion is being experienced is sufficient for it is relieved and removed by the subconscious (SC). It must be stated that healing can only occur if an individual wants to be healed and does not interfere with their life goals. We are infinite souls who have incarnated on Earth for our own individual experiences. The subconscious (SC) of a blind person would not heal his sight if being blind was one of the key aspects of his life he agreed to experience. Nor would it heal a physical problem someone had created through the lack of care for their bodies if they had not yet learned the lesson to love and respect their bodies. It is very literal in its thinking. There are no guarantees, but there can be remarkable results with clients during a session.Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How can I tell when I am hypnotized?
It depends on the individual. Some people are more aware of changes felt in their bodies than others are. It also depends on how deep into the hypnotic state the person allows himself or herself to drift. You may experience sensations of feeling very light or floating, very heavy, tingling sensations, dry mouth, or just an awareness of being pleasantly relaxed.
Can anyone by hypnotized?
Any person of at least average intelligence and the ability to focus and concentrate can go into hypnosis. The better one is able to concentrate, focus, and engage in the process, the easier it is for him or her to enter into a hypnotic state.
No one can hypnotize you if you do not want to be hypnotized. Your natural psychological defenses will prevent this from happening. This of course refers to structured hypnosis as opposed to environmental hypnosis. Surrogate healing is available for pets and children.
When hypnotized will I be asleep, or will I know what is going on around me?
You definitely will not be asleep. However, to an observer, your body may appear to be in a sleeping state because you are in a state of deep physical relaxation. The fact is that you are completely aware of your surroundings, you hear everything. Since all your senses are magnified, you are actually more alert and aware while you are in hypnosis than you are in your normal waking state.
What happens in hypnosis?
People respond to hypnosis in different ways. Most describe hypnosis as a normal state of focused attention, in which they feel very calm and relaxed. Regardless of how and to what degree they respond, most people describe the experience as very pleasant. Most people are very responsive to hypnotic suggestions.
A person’s ability to respond to hypnotic suggestions can be inhibited by fears and concerns arising from common misconceptions.
Contrary to some depictions of hypnosis in books, movies, or television, people who have been hypnotized do not lose control over their behavior. They typically remain aware of whom they are and where they are, and unless amnesia has been specifically suggested, they usually remember what transpired during hypnosis. Hypnosis makes it easier for people to experience post-hypnotic suggestions, but it does not force them to have these experiences.
Hypnotherapy is not a therapy like psychoanalysis. It is vocational and avocational (self-improvement) counseling. Additionally, it has medical applications when a client is referred by a dentist or physician. Only credentialed professionals, who have been trained in the use of hypnosis, and are working within the scope of their professional expertise, should use hypnosis. The session is confidential, safe and effective.
What is hypnosis used for?
Hypnosis has been used to treat pain, depression, anxiety, stress, habit disorders, and many other psychological and medical problems. Your decision to use hypnosis as an adjunct to medical or psychiatric treatment can only be made in consultation with a qualified health care provider. In addition to its use in clinical settings, hypnosis is used in research to learn more about the nature of hypnosis itself and its impact on sensation, perception, learning, memory, and physiology. Researchers also study the value of hypnosis in the treatment of physical and psychological conditions.
Hypnotherapy has proved effective with phobias, anesthesia, and especially attitude-behavior modifications. It can create the all-important positive attitude necessary for everything from attaining one’s goals to speeding healing. It can enhance learning, develop motivation, build confidence, and improve relationships.
A highly competent hypnotherapist, working with a client-subject of average suggestibility, can bring about significant achievements. Relaxation can be induced through hypnosis to relieve the pressures of stress at home and work or to alleviate insomnia. Additionally, problematic habits can be brought under control. Examples of typical problematic habits include smoking, overeating, and unwanted mannerisms. You can ask for advice.
Hypnotherapy has been emerging as an exceedingly valuable discipline in helping people achieve their goals and objectives.
How does a hypnotist put someone into a state of hypnosis?
In that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, the hypnotic state originates from within the mind of the person being hypnotized. The hypnotist is, in essence a guide who directs and leads the person into the hypnotic state. The hypnotist induces the hypnotic state by using certain words and phrases that the subconscious mind understands. As well, the hypnotist uses various techniques like deep breathing, imagery, and cadence, and tone of voice.
Is hypnosis dangerous? Are there any risks to hypnosis?
Hypnosis is not dangerous, nor does it pose any risks. It is a natural state of mind utilized by a hypnotist to help the individual change certain habits or patterns of behavior (as through hypnotherapy) or for entertainment purposes (as in stage hypnosis). It is important to note that the mind has natural defenses, which will automatically reject any suggestions it deems harmful. You are in this state twice a day, every day. Just before sleep and just before waking, theta state. Hypnosis is not mind control. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. The hypnotist cannot make you do or say anything you ordinarily would not do.
How much will I remember when I come out of hypnosis?
Most people remember everything that went on while they were in hypnosis. Certain individuals will occasionally enter a particularly deep state, wherein they seemingly “tune out” portions of what happened. At the same time, these individuals most often piece things together when told about what happened. Roxanne will record your session for you. This is important to record because you will benefit by listening to it numerous times.
Will I easily come out of hypnosis? Is it possible to get stuck in a state of hypnosis?
The majority of people who are hypnotized will come out of the state when brought out by the hypnotist or hypnotherapist. On occasion, someone will choose to remain in the hypnotic state because either they entered a particularly deep state, or because the state feels so good, they want to remain in hypnosis. In either instance, even if a person falls asleep, they will wake themselves naturally, wherein they will be in a fully conscious state.
What uses are there for hypnosis?
Self-hypnosis is an integral component in yoga, biofeedback, and meditation. Top athletes may also use self-hypnosis, when they focus during competition to “get into the zone. QHHT hypnosis regression means to regress or to go back to an earlier time. Regression is a focused guided return to an earlier time in your life. Seeing you your past lives illuminates understanding regarding your current life issues and challenges today. You can learn about the afterlife and your health and wellness. Bring your questions about your childhood, dreams, pets, clarity in relationships and the next move for your future. Any and all of your questions are welcome.
How quickly will I see results?
Certain results are most often observed after the first session. Infrequently it may take two sessions before you begin to observe results.
I can usually manage my own problems. Do I really need hypnotherapy?
Everyone goes through challenging situations in life, and while you may have successfully navigated through other difficulties you have faced, there is nothing wrong with seeking out extra support when you need it. In fact, hypnotherapy is for people who have enough self-awareness to realize they need a helping hand, which is something to be admired.
You are taking responsibility by accepting where you are at in life and making a commitment to change the situation by seeking hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy provides long-lasting benefits and support, giving you the tools, you need to avoid triggers, re-direct damaging patterns, and overcome the myriad of challenges we all face in everyday life.
